  • Same-day move-ins shall not be honored after 10 am Arizona Time.
  • The guest agrees to provide identity authentication via AutoHost operating for GoodNight Stay. They will authenticate the name, address, phone number, and photo ID verification. If this is not provided within 48 hours of booking, GoodNight Stay has the right to cancel the booking without penalty.

  • This unit is located on the 6th floor of the building; an elevator is available onsite.
  • Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.

Policies and Rules

  • Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
  • Local residents (defined as any guest whose primary residence is located within two hours of the rented property) may not book homes.
  • All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
  • Maximum guest occupancy: 18.
  • Pets are not allowed (maxPets: 0).
  • All listed amenities are to be used at the guest's risk. The homeowner and GoodNight Stay are not liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages caused to the other party.

Parking Information

  • Parking is provided on a first-come, first-served basis in the covered parking garage on the premises. If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or if you have extra vehicles, ample first-come, first-serve street parking is available.

  • Pool is open seasonally, typically between early spring months and the end of October, from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA. This year the pool will be open on March 1st, 2025.
  • Building amenities include: pool, gym, community grills, outdoor ping pong, lounge areas around the firepit, and rooftop escapes with city views.
  • Kitchen starter set includes: 2 dishwashing tablets, dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 2 laundry detergent pods, disinfectant wipes, 2 paper towel rolls, 2 trash bags, 1 coffee bag, and 4 coffee filters. The bathroom starter set in each full bathroom includes: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body wash, 1 bar body soap, 1 bar hand soap, makeup wipe, 1 liner for trash can. Two paper towel rolls per kitchen and two rolls of bathroom tissue per bathroom will be provided. Additional items are not provided.

Luggage Holding Service

  • Complimentary luggage holding service is available from Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Subject to availability. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.
